I will stop by after you get settled to make sure you have everything you need and any other questions answered.

The garage isn't available for use but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Free WiFi is also provided during your stay - login info will be by the front door.

If there is anything else you need, like recommendations or directions or anything for the house, just let me know.

Guest access:
Access to the whole property except for the garage and storage closet which will be locked at all times.

KEEP IN MIND:
The property has beautiful mountain and lake views but please note the lake is low and unusable during the winter months from November through May.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00
Late checkout, if available with prior approval

(1) Please be sure to walk through all the rooms in the house, patio and beach area for any personal items. Be sure to check inside drawers, cupboards, under the beds, and check outlets for chargers.

(2) Please place dishes in the dishwasher and start it before departure.

(3) Shut and lock all doors and windows. We hope you had an amazing stay in our home and plan to visit in the future.
