“I can't say enough great things.”
I can't say enough great things about this property! The house is spacious, and extremely well-appointed with everything you need and things you haven't even thought of. The decor is so beautiful, and the layout of the house is great for multi-family groups since each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the bedrooms are spaced nicely apart. The property manager is a pleasure to work with, and was quick to respond with any questions or requests for local information/recommendations. It's a perfect spot for boaters, we brought our boat and used the boat launch right down the road, then tied up to the private dock out front for easy boating throughout our stay. There's so much to keep the whole family entertained with swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, yard games, ping pong, arcade games, bike rides, the list goes on and on. We're so glad we found this place, and we will definitely be back!
“This is a wonderful home with great hosts”
Ann met us and for the next 6 nights, we asked for nothing. Everything you might need or require was there. The grandkids were in the gameroom or swimming all the time, that gave the adults time to catch up. Very nice surrounding, 10 minutes from Sandpoint for coffee and groceries. We're already thinking of this winter and skiing. This is a wonderful home with great hosts. Thanks Ann and Philip!
“Couldn’t imagine a better place.”
The property was amazing and so were the owners! We enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary with our children and grandchildren and couldn’t imagine a better place. A “Happy Annivery” basket, welcome snack basket, inviting ambience, private beach and much, much more. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures. Comeback Bay is a magical place. “The water and the mountains are breathtaking.”
This is our their summer in Sandpoint and this house was by far the best rental we’ve had. We used this home for a family reunion (four families - 13 people) and it couldn’t have been better. It had all the obvious things - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space. It also had many unexpected perks - every game and activity you could want, extra tables and chairs for entertaining, sound system throughout the house.
The layout is perfect for a large group. When the little ones needed to go to sleep, there was still plenty of space for the others to use the rest of house without worrying about keeping the kids up. Each bedroom having its own bath was also a huge perk!
The outdoor area was lovely. The kids spent the days jumping off the dock and paddling around the bay in the kayaks. We became experts at ladder ball, darts and corn hole. There was so much to do, the kids didn’t want to leave the house. The views of the water and the mountains are breathtaking.
The property managers were warm and inviting. They were available for questions whenever we needed them.
Bottom line - we enjoyed our time here immensely and would definitely come back!
“Beyond amazing.”
We were here for our annual getaway trip during 4th of july weekend. This was our 6th time and I have to say "This was our best experience". It was a big group of us and this house was perfect. This house had everything we needed. Big Kitchen, Big Living Space, Big Dining Room, Big Bedroom, Nice Game Room and importantly Big Backyard to releax all the way to private lake access and kayaks were provided by the owner.
With this house was fully equipped. I have to say; The house's owner was beyond amazing!!! They paid attention on every detail...from welcoming gift basket to extra blankets. I don't know if we could thank them enough.
We would recommend this house to everyone and we are looking forward to come back to stay at this house again
“The linens and bedding were 5 stars.”
The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way for our Easter weekend celebration. The home was decorated perfectly and all the linens and bedding were 5 stars. The home itself is recently remodeled and feels brand new. The home is perfectly situated on the lake with a new dock being built. The surrounding scenery was incredible and made waking up to it every morning special. The home has ping pong, video games, shuffle board and a million movies and games to keep the kids and family entertained.
The home owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and memorable. The kitchen was stocked with EVERY accessory every needed. The owners also left multiple gift baskets with snacks and drinks in the fridge. We arrive well after midnight on the day we checked in, and were pleasantly surprised with muffins and breakfast items for the following morning.
I can't recommend this property highly enough. We have stayed at many many upper scale homes on VRBO, and this was our favorite. We have plans to return this summer and are hoping to be able to stay here again.
